The Grove School is only as strong as the involvement of its community! Teenagers, and their families need each other’s company, commiseration, and companionship to make the most of this time of growth. Come join your Grove community!
Some ways you can join in:
Show up! Come to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings, held rain or shine, from 8am to noon in the Heritage Park lot by the Barton Schoolhouse.
Attend meetings for the board, parent group, and STAR booster clubs. All meetings are open to all and, more importantly, value your involvement and feedback! Board meetings are held bi-monthly in the Barton Schoolhouse and are advertised in the weekly and on our calendar. Parent Teacher Group (PTG) meetings are also in the Barton Schoolhouse, on the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm (and, sometimes, there is even a door prize!). Support Theatrical and Artistic Ravens (STAR) organizes fundraisers and events for Grove programs and meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 4:30pm in the farmhouse.
Stay in touch – Keep track of events and news through subscription to the Grove School Weekly email newsletter and like the Grove School pages (PTG and Farmers Market, too) on Facebook and Instagram.
Make Scrip purchases for gift cards when they come back online – Contribute to the parent group and your favorite Grove programs by buying gift cards for places that you already spend money at. Be on the look-out for the unveiling of the new ordering system.
Shop through AmazonSmile and 0.5% of eligible Amazon purchases will be donated to The Grove School.
Make a monetary contribution to special programs through the Key Experience Fund.
