On Monday, September 14 at 6:15pm, Andrew Christopherson, Head of School, will present the Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan (LCP) as required by California Senate Bill 98 at the regularly scheduled board meeting. The LCP is a summary of the Reopening Plan approved by the Grove board on July 27 that contains information about the budgetary impact of the school’s response to COVID19.
Public comment is encouraged and can be provided during the board meeting through Zoom participation, by emailing info@thegroveschool.org with the subject ‘LCP’, or by dropping off written comment at the main office. All written public comments received before 8am on Monday, September 14th will be shared with the board before the 6:15pm meeting. Comments received after 8am will also be shared with the Board, before the September 21 vote on the LCP.
After the September 14 board meeting, the board will review public comments and provide feedback to the head of school. The board will then consider and vote on approval of the LCP at a special board meeting on September 21. Prior to meetings, links and agendas will be posted on the homepage of thegroveschool.org.
