Rules for your Winterim group


  1. Winterims costing more than $50 per student require fundraising.

    75% of the total cost must be fundraised by student activities. (A waiver is available if you think your group needs it.)

  2. Any money your group collects must be handled by the school using proper procedures.

    Parents don't collect and keep money at all.

    Students don't keep money-they turn it into the office immediately after an event.

  3. Money collected for an event should be turned in that day if possible, no later than the end of the week.
  4. Any financial advisor student (see list in office) will help you with the proper financial forms.
  5. Failure to use proper forms will gain you a fierce look from me.
  6. Repeated failure to use proper forms may result in funds being held hostage.
  7. All expenses paid for out of Winterim funds must be pre-approved by both the Teacher and Julie (I just make sure you can afford it).
