This school year marks the 20th year of Grove as a school, and with it comes a charter renewal, to be approved by the Redlands Unified School District. The process has gone smoothly so far, and our board is addressing notes on the current draft. On the evening of December 11, during the RUSD board meeting, beginning at 7pm, there will be a presentation about our school and charter. We want to be sure they know how many people support the Grove School with a crowd in attendance of that meeting! Please make plans to attend, spread the word, and RSVP, so that we can let them know how important our school is (and that they are going to have to book a bigger venue)!
Another way to show your support is to write the district and tell them that the Grove School is an important part of the community. These letters of support will be made part of the public record and make a statement to the RUSD board about the level of support for the Grove School. Physical letters can be dropped off at Grove or MIR offices, or you can email the RUSD board directly.
