On Friday, April 9, 2021, the Grove School Board approved the revised return to in person instruction plan. With 60% of students selecting In-Person Instruction (IPI), Grove will be instituting IPI model 2.1, a hybrid model that offers in person instruction 5 days a week following our current schedule and simultaneous instruction for distance learning students.

Distance Learning Students will have no change in schedule or classes, and should attend via Zoom, as usual.

The Grove School is excited to welcome students back to campus for IPI, as well as continuing work with students who opted to continue with Distance Learning. The Grove School staff has prepared our campus for students to return and have developed systems and procedures to provide a safe learning environment for all students when they return to campus on April 19th.

The information below and on our In-Person Instruction Plan (IPI) webpage, including the Grove School COVID Health and Hygiene Policies, will help students and families know what to expect as they return to campus for in-person instruction.

For your family to better understand what to expect and some important preparation for returning to school, please complete the following:

  • Watch informational video with student(s) on Tuesday, as available and shared via email.
  • Review the contents of this email and the attachment. This email contains the schedule and summary of drop-off and pick-up procedures. More details can be found in the attachment and at www.thegroveschool.org/ipi-procedures
  • Review and bookmark Grove Covid19 Health and Hygiene Plan for more complete explanations and protocols.

Thank you for your continued support of the Grove School,

Andrew Christopherson

Head of School
